2. Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser identifier to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure and fast operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place.

3. Cookie-free analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no profiles. It records aggregated figures such as page views, referrer, country and load time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Waitlist and emails

When you join the waitlist we process your email address, the page language and, if provided, the marketplaces you upload videos to. We use double opt-in: you receive an email with a confirmation link and are only added after clicking it. We store the time of sign-up and confirmation as proof.

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) as processor for sending and managing emails; data is stored in the EU. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it anytime via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hello@reelgap.com. We delete your data when you unsubscribe or when Reelgap no longer needs the waitlist.

5. Contact by email

If you write to hello@reelgap.com, we process your address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Ltd., Ireland) as processor. We delete messages once they are resolved and no retention obligation applies.

6. Fonts

The Plus Jakarta Sans font is served from our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.

7. Chrome extension

We will add the privacy information for the Reelgap extension here before the beta starts.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) as well as the right to withdraw consent. Write to hello@reelgap.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
