Frequently asked questions
Does Reelgap work with amazon.de?
Yes. amazon.de is the main marketplace Reelgap is built for. With the switch you check the same numbers on amazon.com, amazon.co.uk and amazon.ca.
Can I try Reelgap first?
Yes. After launch you can try Reelgap free for 7 days, no payment details. The trial then simply ends; you only continue if you subscribe.
Is there a free version?
No. Instead of a cut-down free version you get every feature for 7 days to try.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The plan runs monthly and you can cancel anytime at the end of the month. There is no yearly contract.
Can the extension harm my influencer account?
We keep the risk as low as possible: Reelgap reads pages in your browser and never clicks anything in your account. There are no automated actions such as auto-accepting campaigns.
Does Reelgap send messages on my behalf?
No. With “Contact seller”, Reelgap opens the seller page and copies a suggested text to your clipboard. Whether and what you send is up to you.
How does the placement check work?
Open “Manage videos” in Creator Hub. Reelgap loads the product pages of your videos in small batches with pauses and shows for each video whether it runs at the top, the bottom or not at all. Everything happens in your browser; Reelgap changes nothing in your account.
Does Reelgap store my data?
The analysis runs locally in your browser. We store nothing about the products you look at on our servers. For the license, the extension only checks your license key with our payment provider.
Which browsers does Reelgap run in?

When does Reelgap launch?

What if Amazon changes its pages?

Who's behind Reelgap?
Dominic. He has been an Amazon influencer since 2024, uploading onsite videos in Germany, the US, the UK and Canada. There was no affordable tool to analyse products, so he built his own and has been using it for over a year. With Reelgap he's now sharing it with the community at a fair price.
